All too often we see High St. Banks rejecting perfectly viable Commercial Mortgage proposals ranging from the simple Buy to Let to Commercial Mortgages on Offices, Warehouses etc etc.

We provide access to Specialist Funders whom, unlike most banks, will take a ‘Commercial View' on funding proposals and where the underwriting is carried out ‘in house' so decisions are made within days (or even hours) rather than weeks.

Although these funders interest rates are typically higher than you would get on the High St. (due to the increased risk) most of these funders will allow you to re-finance onto a lower rate elsewhere after 3 months with no penalty!
